Hydronix Technical Support
Hydronix is committed to delivering excellent product training and after sales service to all of our customers. We achieve this by operating through a global distribution network of resellers who are trained in all aspects of our equipment. This allows us to provide on site or telephone assistance, training, service and support in your local language.
If you require assistance for any Hydronix product, please contact the reseller that you purchased your equipment from. If you are unsure who they are or would prefer to speak to us direct, please complete our request for support or call your local Hydronix office.
Service and Repair
Should you have a Hydronix product that is faulty, Hydronix has a world class service department that can in most cases repair or replace your unit. We recommend that you initially contact your local reseller who may be able to solve the problem either with telephone or on site support. If the unit still needs to be repaired they will arrange to have it returned to our Service Department and organise a replacement unit if appropriate.
As you would expect from a quality product, we support all of our products for a minimum of 10 years and provide a fast, efficient and cost effective refurbishment service. Regardless of work undertaken we return all current equipment of any age with a minimum of 6 months full warranty including our free service replacement service.

Integration into a Control System
Many of our distributors are control system manufacturers who have detailed knowledge regarding integration of Hydronix sensors into control systems. Although as a company, we have knowledge of equipment interaction with control systems, installation and operation of the sensor will vary slightly depending on the system implementation. We would therefore recommend that you initially contact your local distributor for their advice. If they are unable to help, please do not hesitate to contact your local Hydronix office.
