Hydronix is pleased to announce exciting changes to its executive team.
Transition of Jason Laffan to Chairman
Jason Laffan will transition from Chief Executive Officer to Chairman, effective February 2025. This change will allow Jason more time to focus on the company’s strategic direction and governance while still maintaining a close connection with the Board and the entire team.
Jason’s wealth of experience and deep understanding of the business will continue to be invaluable as he offers assistance and support in his new non-executive role.
Steve Cook is appointed CEO
Steve Cook, formerly our Chief Technical Officer, has been appointed Chief Executive Officer, effective February 2025. Steve’s background is in software development and control systems, combined with years of Hydronix product knowledge and application development.
Having worked closely with Jason, Steve has gained a deep insight into our operations and strategic direction. Steve is looking forward to helping the whole team retain high standards for our customer experience, maintain the quality of our existing product range, and develop new products.
Neal Cass Joins the Board of Directors as Sales Director
Neal Cass will join the Board of Directors as Sales Director, effective February 2025. Neal has been a sales manager at Hydronix for many years and has successfully promoted our product range to both existing and new markets.
Neal will now take responsibility for sales strategy across the business.
